Return Policy

Refunds are only issued if the product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, has been damaged in transit or is otherwise determined to be ineffective and must be returned within 30 days from the ship date to be eligible. Credits will be refunded via PayPal. Postage costs are non-refundable. Refunds are not applicable to a 'change of mind' for whatever reason. Refunds are not applicable for any issue with Australia Post such as Australia Post taking longer to deliver than anticipated. Refunds are not applicable if you entered wrong shipping information and/or then decide to change your mind because of any inconvenience in re-shipping. Refunds are limited to unopened bottles plus up to one opened bottle.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling rates for packages shipped to an Australian address will be charged a flat shipping and handling rate of $9. Deliveries are sent from within Australia and typically take 1-6 business days. "Next Day Delivery" excludes weekends and public holidays and refers to the actual dispatch (not receipt) and while typically dispatch does happen the next business day, it is not guaranteed the dispatch happens in this timeframe. The buyer is responsible for entering the correct postage details when purchasing. If the buyer enters incorrect postage details and the product is received by an unintended recipient and not returned to us, then no refund will be provided. If an unintended recipient returns product back to us, then we will reship the item to the correct address (if provided) and recharge shipping and handling fees to reship to the correct address. Entering the correct postage details in the checkout procedure is the sole responsibility of the buyer and we will not be held responsible for any non-deliveries or returned orders due to parcel theft at premesis or the buyer entering incorrect postage details.
